We give you 35,000,000 Fantasy Dollars to draft 9 players 3 P; 1 C; 2 OF; 1 CI; 1 MI; 1 DH) who will score points for you based on how they play in real-life baseball games. As GM, you use your 35,000,000 salary cap to build the best baseball team you can afford. While they're on your team, your players score points towards your season-long total by playing in real-life games. If one of your players is in a bad slump, or if he gets hurt, you can cut him and pick up another player to join your team, provided you can afford him. Manage your team wisely, though - you have a limited amount of moves you can make.

The Salary Cap Standard season is actually split into two seasons. Season 1 runs up to the All-Star break, and season 2 starts immediately after the All-Star break.
* Only one team per entrant can qualify for a cash prize each season. If an entrant has more than one team that qualifies for a prize in a particular season, the highest prize amount will be paid.
